Open Office Hours

To encourage community members to add their own ideas to your aging in place activities, consider holding ‘open office hours’. At a designated time and place, have your group meet and encourage other residents to come down and join you for conversation. Be receptive to new ideas and most importantly, encourage and support community members who are passionate about a new activity to take the lead!
