About this Idea
Create fun posters that illustrate alternative ways you can greet each other, perhaps it is a quick bow, elbow bump, air hug, wave, or even an interpretive dance?
One resident from Edmonton, Alberta created a postcard template to help her neighbours and others in the community reach out to each other. Similar postcard campaigns include COVID-19 resources that share how to connect while remaining safe.
Another community with a high percentage of Russian speaking residents created a series of posters about how to say common greetings such as ‘hello’ in Russian.
