PART 2: DOING

Consider You Budget

While there are a lot of activities that can be started for free or at a minimal cost, having a small budget to work with may be necessary in some cases (e.g. hiring a yoga instructor, mini bus rental, etc).

Fundraising

If you feel you will need a budget, it might be worthwhile to look into fundraising ideas. Some ideas include charging a minimal membership fee, asking for financial support from building management, or reaching out to businesses or organizations for donations or even partnership opportunities.

If you plan to stick to informal, low-cost activities that are free or could be covered by the participants, then you may not need any funding to get started.
